Programs, Products, and Services

Capacity Shore provides personal-development programs, educational experiences, coaching, events, digital resources, physical products, and other related offerings. Specific details, pricing, schedules, deliverables, and eligibility requirements may vary by offering and will be described on the applicable registration or sales page.

Educational and Personal-Development Disclaimer

Capacity Shore programs and materials are provided for educational and personal-development purposes.

They are not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services provided by qualified professionals.

While Capacity Shore programs may be grounded in a biblical worldview and may incorporate Scripture and biblical principles, they are not a substitute for pastoral, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional care when such care is appropriate.

No Guaranteed Results

Capacity Shore provides tools, instruction, guidance, and opportunities for reflection and growth. Individual experiences and results vary.

We do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, relational, spiritual, or other outcome from participation in a Capacity Shore program or use of our products or materials.

Registration and Payment

Payment is required according to the terms presented at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.

Begin Again Registration Policy

Begin Again is a limited-capacity live experience that includes proprietary digital materials.

Registration is nonrefundable once program materials have been delivered or made available to the participant.

If Capacity Shore cancels the program, registered participants will receive a full refund of amounts paid to Capacity Shore for the canceled program.

Capacity Shore may provide additional or different cancellation, transfer, refund, or attendance terms for future programs or offerings. When applicable, those terms will be disclosed during registration and will govern that particular offering.

Live Sessions, Attendance, and Recordings

Capacity Shore may offer programs that include live online or in-person sessions. Participants are responsible for attending at the scheduled times and for having the technology necessary to participate in online sessions.

When recordings are provided, they are intended as a convenience or backup and do not necessarily replace participation in the live experience. Recording availability and access periods may vary by program.

Capacity Shore may establish additional participation, privacy, or recording guidelines for particular programs.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Capacity Shore owns or licenses the content provided through its websites, programs, workbooks, presentations, videos, recordings, exercises, frameworks, downloads, and other materials.

Your purchase or registration gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use materials provided to you for your own individual use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, upload, teach from, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise exploit Capacity Shore materials without prior written permission.

Purchasing access for one participant does not grant permission to share program materials or access credentials with others.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to interact respectfully with Capacity Shore staff and other participants. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program or community when conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or substantially interferes with the experience of others.

Third-Party Services

Capacity Shore may use third-party platforms and service providers to deliver websites, payments, email, video conferencing, digital content, and other services. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s applicable terms and policies.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our websites, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with website operation, or use Capacity Shore websites or materials for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Capacity Shore LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our websites, programs, products, services, or materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
